unable to register ImageResize module

i tried to register ImageResize module with https://github.com/kensnyder/quill-image-resize-module but am getting

image-resize.min.js:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'imports' of undefined at Object. (image-resize.min.js:1)

am using angular4, any idea ? steps ?
