Hex colors, not stored correctly #2

Hex colors appear to be sent/stored/parsed/returned incorrectly. As retrieving a plate with labels applied always seems to have 'undefined' colors. Perhaps this is due to the has character causing issues?

Resolved. Was using incorrect variable name.
