top menu plate editor -> template doesn't do anything #9

I'm assuming because we don't have a view for looking at existing templates until we start a new experiment. Maybe remove the dropdown, just take us straight to the experiments list?

Removed 'Templates' option. Instead changed to 'View Assays' and 'Create Assay'. Didn't change to 'create new template' as then the complexity of added the 'create template dialog box would be needed.
