When touch on screen the phone have menu come up or sometimes home.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Activate Market Enabler
2. Press on the screen
3. The menu come up or sometimes return to home screen as home button 
being pressed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I suppose to slide or press where the screen was touch but instead it 
acted as if i press the home or menu key.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Nexus One, Modaco custom rom.

Never heard of such a behavior before...
What do you mean exactly with "the menu comes up"?
Where do you press in the application?
