Lost the ability to see payed apps after the August 25th Rogers software update

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open MarketEnabler 3.0 beta
2. Fake T-Mobile U.S.A
3. Open Market

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see payed apps after using MarketEnabler 3.0 after faking
T-Mobile U.S.A., but I only see free apps.  I can't even see the apps that
I already have bought.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Using 3.0 beta.  Using the Rogers HTC Magic ROM, build 2.17.631.2.  This is
the update that was released on the 25th of August.

Please provide any additional information below.

I am also using MarketEnabler 3.0 in the HoFo ROM:

duplicate of Issue #6
They now want the 6 digit code and before a 5 digit code worked.
Will be fixed in new version but until then German settings work for Paid Apps

I got it working by following these commands:

   1. Open MarketEnabler
   2. Go to the Set custom tab
   3. Enter 310260 in gsm.sim.operator.numeric & gsm.operator.numeric
   4. Enter us in gsm.sim.operator.iso-country & gsm.operator.iso-country
   5. Enter T-Mobile in gsm.sim.operator.alpha & gsm.operator.alpha
   6. Click on Set to this values
