Subdomain wildcard support for site list #163

I'd like to be able to blanket allow a domain and all subdomains.

Deviant art is my primary use case for the plugin and it doesn't work unless I 
manually add all the subdomains for any artists I visit.

*.deviantart.com would cover it.
