My Input:
**PROBLEM DESCRIPTION AND T/S STEPS ALREADY ATTEMPTED**
~Installed on 4 different OS Devices - 3 work with Chrome OS the exception
(ironic)
~Hoverzoom works on problem device on first site visited, then fails to
respond.
1) Uninstalled / Reinstalled - no change.
2) Disabled all other extensions - no change.
2.a)-Installed same extension configuration on known-working system, Hoverzoom operable.
3) Uninstalled and reinstalled via http://hoverzoom.net/ site - no change.
4) Created fresh profile for Chromebook, only installed Hoverzoom - NC
5) Returned to initial profile, adjusted settings to include activation key - NC
5.a) Added sites (.google.com/yahoo.com/facebook.com) to whitelist - NC
6) Verified all media/security settings set to lowest levels, enabled all
cookies -NC
7) Enabled PreLoading images - NC
7.a) Messed with remaining settings -NC
7.b) Searched for similar issues / reports - none found.
7.c) Leaving this post- i'm stumped ha
So - im not sure what to do from here out....
let me know whatcha think...
Thanks for a otherwise first rate quality built extension, I hope there is a
easy fix to this issue...
