Hover Zooom hardly works at all for any site #864

Problem description:

I mostly use hover zoom for Reddit. Sometimes if I go over the thumbnail it 
works but anymore it flashes for a brief moment(not even the picture or gif) 
and then goes away or keeps flashing. It's like this for other sites too but 
the biggest annoyance is Reddit.

Google Chrome version: 42.0.2311.90
Operating system: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit
