Fix some typos
Fix .NET examples
- Use SurrealDbClient constructor for Initialises example
- Use is async and require both ns and db
- Create is async
- Fix RawQuery for full text search
- Complete remaining examples with raw queries
Configure editor to support csharp language
Change dotnet -> csharp
