Cannot create root, namespace and database users #211

Describe the bug When creating a root, namespace or database user it opens up the edit dialog instead of the create dialog.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. go to authentication view
  2. click on the "plus" icon and you cannot type in the username input field

Expected behavior Opens up the create dialog, where you can type in the input

Environment:

Platform: Desktop
OS: Windows_NT
Architecture: x86_64
WebView: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/123.0.0.0 Safari/537.36 Edg/123.0.0.0
