Implement connection grouping #307

Redesigned the connection list to support custom groups

Moved connection and group creation into plus button right of the search input
Sort groups and connections alphabetically
Connection editor allows you to select a group (or no group)
Group names can be modified inline
Removing a group will move all connections back to the ungrouped list
