Add aur package for archlinux #9

Need to add webkit2gtk as deps then create surrealist-bin package in aur.

Can use https://github.com/marketplace/actions/publish-aur-package

I've published a package, https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/surrealist-bin. It uses the .deb file.

@macjuul Yes, I'll keep it up to date. All I have to do is push a new change to the PKGBUILD where the pkgver version field is changed to the latest one (click View PKGBUILD in the top right, it's an install script, and the AUR is a collection of these).
