Dungeons could use a system where premade structures are added in to make things more interesting.

[x] Implement basic framework (Probably some Builder object or altogether new crate)
[x] Implement ability to read structures from files
[x] Implement ability to take said structures, turn them into tiles, and then update the dungeon map with them

As of bb935dd basic system has been implemented, it needs polish and ability to rotate structures, however it meets all of these points.
