Server crashes when any effect is put on netherrack and a player stands on it

✅ How should it usually work?

An effect should be applied to the player

🗂 Steps to reproduce

Create a netherrack on a world where Hotblock is active
Make a player stand on it
Crash the server

Version of this plugin: 1.1.6 Version of PocketMine-MP: 4.0.7

Version of PHP: 8.0.13 OS: Windows 10
