Load all FAQs into GitHub Discussions #8

[ ] Load all FAQs from www.surveilr.com/src/data_files/faqs.json into github.com/surveilr/help.surveilr.com GitHub Discussions under a new FAQ section to encourage shared knowledge
[ ] Create script so that when the www.surveilr.com Astro site is built, the FAQ content is retrieved from GitHub Discussions so that there's only one source of "FAQ" truth

Astro 5's Content Layer Deep Dive has a GitHub Discussions loader in Community Content Loaders and shows how we can build our own.

Especially look at GitHub Discussions Blog Loader for Astro for how we should integrate with GitHub.

I tried creating another instance of www.surveilr.com using Astro 5 beta on my local machine to test this feature but was getting errors.

I spoke to @geovlazar about it and he responded that many things need to be updated to support the upgrade to Astro 5 beta which they are currently trying out with opsfolio.com repo

@temiye18 We have tried out this GitHub Discussion in an Astro5 separate instance and it found working. but when we discussed our priority is to achieve the Astro loader for RSSD database. Once surveilr upgrade to Astro beta version is prioritized we will work on this

We’re unable to upgrade surveilr.com to Astro 5 beta because the docs section uses the Starlight theme, which currently doesn’t support this version. Attempts to upgrade result in errors, and the Discord team has confirmed that Starlight is not yet compatible with Astro 5 beta.
