V2: Survey Creator UI Suggestion / Feature Request #2773

Are you requesting a feature, reporting a bug or ask a question?

Feature request. When creating or editing a long survey it is cumbersome to have to scroll to the top of the screen to the question settings edit box. It would be nice if the edit box could move as you scroll down the survey.

What is the current behavior?

The question edit functionality remains at the top of the screen.

What is the expected behavior?

Working as expected.

How would you reproduce the current behavior (if this is a bug)?
