Remove hover effect on mobiles

Hello @rendaforstmane, I revisited this issue, however, it seems that it no longer occurs. I tested the Product/Market Fit Survey with the most recent version of SurveyJS library (v1.9.110) on Android (Chrome Browser) and confirmed that selection does not appear on scrolling.

Please test this on your side. Let us know if the issue is resolved.
