How would you reproduce the current behavior (if this is a bug)?

On older browsers, Chrome 76 or below. Chrome 83+ seems fine.

Test code

Using Chrome 76, go to survey creator and create a rating question. Then the error is appeared.

Hello @HenryWu01, It appears that the issue occurs on an older Chrome version. I didn't manage to reproduce the issue on my end (using Chrome Version 122.0.6261.112 (Official Build) (64-bit)).

Please upgrade your Chrome version.
