[Vue 2] Rating Scale: The appearance of rate values switches from stars to a dropdown and back as the survey width decreases #8188

The issue is reported in SurveyJS support forum. The project is in vue2/nuxt. Smiles and buttons are fine, but rating with stars is flickering (changing from dropdown to stars and back on changing the size reducing or enlarging the width).
