T20029 - On matrix type question, when changing cell value, they don't update until refresh https://surveyjs.answerdesk.io/internal/ticket/details/T20029
To reproduce the issue, create a single-select matrix, set default cell values. Update default cell values. You can see that on a design surface, previous values persist.
