PDF Generator on Node.js doesn't thrown an exception to a console when using a URL as imageLink #322

@dk981234 FYI: for another URL, an Image question simply doesn't appear in PDF. surveyjs-pdf-nodejs-imageLink-test.zip

Perpahs, a specific URL format is used within a user's ticket.
