Geography maps cannot be downloaded on IN app #2125

Geography maps cannot be downloaded on IN app with not stable internet connection. What steps will reproduce the problem?

  1. Login to HQ as hq or admin.
  2. Upload new maps (tpk, tif).
  3. Assign maps to an interviewer.
  4. Download and install IN app.
  5. Login to IN app and synchronize maps.

What is the expected result? Maps are successfully downloaded.

What happens instead? Error message: "" shows up during download process.

Not sufficient description to reproduce. Works as expected. Please provide more info.
