SiteOrigin Page Builder Compatibility with filter #56

SiteOrigin Page Builder replaces the_content so that prevents the automatic filter from working. I was working on a PR for this but the kk Stars Rating filter is added before I'm able to reliably check if SiteOrigin Page Builder is activated on a page.
