fix cold start problem for plural Suffix #72

Last week, there was a pull request for the suffix of vote[s]. But... There was no default value set during installation of the PlugIn. Here is the fix.

What changed:

change shortcode from [s] to [suffix]
Update for register_activation_hook

An Update on https://wordpress.org/plugins/kk-star-ratings/ would be nice.

Hi @kamalkhan ,

Here is a small Fix for my pull request from last week. Could you upload this on wordpress.org? There wasn't an update of the version number, so the last update might has not been published on wordpress.org I haven't changed the version number in this pull request, so you might have to do this by yourself.

The previous pull requests were merged and is available under version 2.6.3
