Stars not showing up on Google

Hello,

I run a german comparison site for internet contracts: DSLVergleich.net

We integrated your plugin in our site and are very happy. The only problem is, that the ratings of the urls are not showing up on the google serps. I have no explanation. On the Google rich snippet test everything seems ok. Maybe you have a hint on whats the cause of the problem?
