Performance issue from version 3.0.1 #79

Hi,

I am using this plugin with WordPress Total Cache plugin. It was working fine with version 2.6.4 and 3.0.0. However, from version 3.0.1 to 3.0.5, it conflicts with W3TC, low score in GTMetrix:

The minified defer script of W3TC is wrong:

Instead of the correct one should be:

I have to go back version 2.6.4 for working normally because verison 3.0.0 working fine with my 2 websites while 1 website can not retrieve the rating data from version 2.6.4

I have tried many testing from version 2.6.4 to 3.0.5 but still don’t know why v3.0.0 working with 1 site but not with another and why from 3.0.1 we have issue with W3TC.

Can you please have a look at it?

Due to the CSS & JS path from 3.0.1 changed, I updated them to the w3tc and it redolved.
