Editable, Note insert/delete swapped #359

we're starting to work on Editable.jsx (copied from Note.jsx). our first step should be replacing "class Note" with "class Editable" not the other way around.

Thank you for the wonderful book, @bebraw! I have been reading and following along online, but I think I'll be buying the Amazon book to use as a reference. So helpful!
