Update for ForeCastIO #19

This fixes some issues i had with forecast IO. Should bring it up to speed with the newer api ( i think this was set up for their old one? not sure...)

I've merged your pull request in the master branch. The for your support. A new version of Weatherlib is available 1.5.4
