Download covers for fileless comics

So, I guess this is a tricky one. But it would be great if when scraping 
fileless entries in the database, the cover would be downloaded and asigned to 
the comic...

... come to think of it, if making this work in the current structure of the 
plugin is hard, it would be an easy separate script: just check the ID tag and 
download the cover... I'll think of this for next week when I try to resume 
some scripting activities.

This is a really good idea--but pretty much impossible (as far as I know) until 
cYo makes a way for users to assign cover art to fileless entries.

If you (we!) can convince him to do that (or if there already is a way to do 
that that I just don't know about) I will definitely update the scraper to put 
the cover art in.

I thought he had done just that... maybe in a non-scriptable way...

From the changelog of CR latest version:

"NEW: Thumbnail image can be set for "fileless" comics (drag&drop or 
"Thumbnail..." button)"

I've added this feature in for 1.0.28.

There's two new settings in the settings dialog:

"Update Thumbnails for fileless comics"

and 

"...except when they already have thumbnails"

When enabled, this feature will populate the thumbnails for fileless comics 
with the appropriate cover images from Comic Vine

NOTE: if comic vine has multiple covers for your comic, you can choose one of 
the alternative covers in the Issue dialog (see issue 109) and the scraper will 
set the thumbnail using your chosen cover instead of the default one.
