Always scrapes as issue number 1

DESCRIBE THE PROBLEM:

If you are scraping a series that has only one issue on Comic Vine (for 
example, Zoom Suit as of Sept 6, 2010), the scraper will automatically assign 
that issue number to any and all comic books for that series.

WHAT STEPS WILL REPRODUCE THIS PROBLEM? (Please include the exact name of
the eComic book that you were trying to scrape, if possible.)
1. Find a series that has only one issue on comic vine.
2. Create fileless thumbnails for issues 1 to 10 of that series.
3. Scrape those comics, and choose that series in the series dialog.

All issues will be scraped as the single issue that is actually in Comic Vine.

What should happen is that this Issues dialog should appear for most or all of 
those comics, forcing you to decide which issue to assign to each.

WHAT VERSION OF COMICVINESCRAPER ARE YOU USING?

1.0.28, though this issues has likely been around for several version now.
