I have pretty fast internet and I am connected and I tried my antivirus 
disabled.

WHAT STEPS WILL REPRODUCE THIS PROBLEM? (Please include the exact name of
the eComic book that you were trying to scrape, if possible.)

WHAT VERSION OF COMICVINESCRAPER ARE YOU USING?

The API site is down at the moment - this is not an script issue (try 
api.comicvine.com)

Yup, this is not a bug with Comic Vine Scraper, or with your internet 
connection.   It's Comic Vine's servers--right now, nobody can use the scraper 
until they fix it.
