Make it easier to fix "wrong scrapes' #150

A very common problem that people run into with the scraper happens when they
have accidentally scraped a comic with the wrong series or issue.

It should be easier for novice users of the scraper to figure out how to fix
this problem. Perhaps a special check box on the initial dialog? Something
like: "Use previous scrape information when possible"?

I agree this could be made easier, it's not too complicated but somewhat time
consuming, perhaps you can change it so that you only need to wipe out either
the notes or tag field and not both. I'd say the tagged field as that would
also include when someone uses the SKIP tagline.

Don't forget, you can clear the notes and tags fields for a large number of
comics all at once just by selecting them all (shift or ctrl click) and the
editing the fields as one big group. That shouldn't be too time consuming.

A bigger concern is that many people who use the script don't know that you
just need to remove the CVDB stuff from your comic to make it rescrape.
(Alternatively, there is also an option in the settings to make the scraper
ignore previous scrape info.)
