Crash in Series dialog when no row is selected #87

DESCRIBE THE PROBLEM:

If you Control-click on the currently selected row in the series dialog,
this causes the selection in the table to be cleared, which seems to cause
the dialog to crash. 

The same thing happens in the Issues dialog, too.
