I'm sure you were thinking of it anyway, but as .122 adds a Teams metadata 
and a Locations metadata, the scraper should pull this as well.

I'll also add the comicvine webpage for each issue, too, since this field is 
also
available in CR and the scraper already has that information.

Implemented in 1.0.23.

The Teams, Locations, and Web fields in the ComicRack info dialog are now 
populated
with data from Comic Vine.   Appropriate checkboxes have also been added to the
scraper configuration dialog.
