Good job! The documentation would be even better if you could add a Flow chart and a system architecture diagram. Also, you might list all improvements that you can think of in a Future Improvements file.

Also, instead of just uploading the CPP files of the modified libraries, upload the total library folder in zipped format. This applies to all un-modified libraries as well. The reason is that, in future, some library me be updated causing some functions to change. Installing those libraries through the traditional Arduino installation will cause conflicts in code. Therefore, it's safe to have a copy of the current library.
