✨[FEATURE] Add Desktop Notification for Debate Buddy Sessions #433

🌟 Feature Overview.

I would like to propose an enhancement to the Debate Buddy project that introduces a desktop notification feature. This feature would provide a visual cue to users when the Debate Buddy is active.

🤔 Why this feature?

-Enhances user engagement by providing clear cues during the debate.

-Helps keep users informed without being disruptive.

-Adds a professional touch to the user experience.

📋 Expected Behavior

Notification Trigger: A notification should appear in the bottom right corner of the screen when the Debate Buddy is activated.

Notification Content: The notification will display a message such as "Here is your Debate Buddy!" to inform users that the session has started.

Display Duration: The notification will remain visible for 5 to 10 seconds before disappearing.
