[Product Design] Create wireframes of the application's user flows

Story

As users, we must be able to interact with a GUI in order to use the application. As users, we should see a consistent visual theme and design throughout our user experience of the app.

Notes

We will likely use Excalidraw for rapid prototyping; the idea is not to spend a lot of time on 1:1 high fidelity prototypes but so the front-end team can get a feeling of what the app should look like
Most of what gets created here can be put into a Chakra theme, see #10

Acceptance

[x] Identifying key user flows in the app
[x] With the key user flows, creating wireframes that will reflect the core and secondary interactions the users will have as they use the app
