Metal3 0.6.1 #89

This release contains the following changes:

  1. Bumps all Metal3 components to their latest versions.
  2. Ironic Kernel Param is now configurable via the Values file. (https://github.com/suse-edge/charts/issues/88)

The latest IPA image, that this PR uses, also fixes this issue.
