When using the kernelArgs option in EIB main (1.1 at the time of writing), this flag is not honoured for SelfInstall ISO's. The main reason for this is that kiwi now calls kexec after dumping the image, instead of rebooting into the raw disk image (which has it's own grub configuration where we stash the kernel args).
