[doc] Issue in "MetalLB in front of the Kubernetes API server" #314

MetalLB in front of the Kubernetes API server:

This document only talks about k3s but AFAIK it works exactly the same way for RKE2. This needs to be checked and if so, we should call out that this procedure works for both RKE2 and K3s. Alternatively document the differences between k3s and RKE2 if any.

@Kristian-ZH can perhaps help with this - can we adjust the instructions to be more generic, and only call out the specific configuration change which is needed for k3s?
