RSS confirmation #485

Can a confirmation prompt be added to the RSS feed/download section? I seem to 
routinely download unwanted torrents after unknowingly pressing a link. An 
option for a confirmation box when downloading would greatly help this issue.

Not sure I want to add an extra click. Instead could you explain how you happen 
to click the wrong link? Is it on multiselect?

Maybe it could be an option like confirm on delete? It seems to happen when I 
press the back button. It is like it registers both the back button and 
whatever the link is at the bottom of the screen. It is hard to notice because 
the back button kills the torrent adding message. 

 I've also had it happen to me when I'm scrolling through my RSS list. I usually catch that one however
