unable to connect to cisco.com:25 (No route to host) #15

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. try validating addresses such as test@cisco.com OR test@cnn.com
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expect valid/invalid
instead I get this error:
PHP Warning: fsockopen() [<a href='function.fsockopen'>function.fsockopen</a>]: 
unable to connect to cisco.com:25 (No route to host) in 
/var/www/vhosts/xxxxxx/yyyyzzz/smtp_validateEmail.class.php on line 154

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
version 0.1a
OS = Fedora
