CVWO, Amend google application date #2

@pengnam Can non-NUS students take part in CVWO? I always saw CVWO as a school program like Orbital which is just smaller and pays. Correct me if I'm wrong

There have been instances of non-NUS students. There is a small proportion of them every batch.

But can add a disclaimer that its predominantly for NUS students.
