This is a super dope project! I have a few questions:

Contract Design:

Liquidation: Regarding - https://forum.sushi.com/t/shoyu-sushis-nft-platform-dev-management-proposal/4548#41-liquidation-21. What would you see as the use case for this? How would this value be determined?
Fractional ownership: How important is this feature for the success of the marketplace?
