Ability to disconnect account #351

Add a new button somewhere in this modal. I suppose it's better to be able to disconnect an external walllet inside the app

Hey @matthewlilley I've got a real easy fix for this working locally, I can create a PR at any time

You can disconnect via metamask as well

that's right. Also I can do swaps in the Metamask as well. The main point here in this option which will be useful for some users. Devs will decide for themselves whether to do it or not
