Made quite a few changes to the subgraph, but left the general logic in place.
Removed the MasterChefPoolData time interval entity. Will replace this in the future with a smaller time interval, and a lot more data.
Refactored setup to easily allow for other subgraphs to be added. Next subgraph on the priority list will be the: Exchange Contracts.

Will merge when the test subgraph fully syncs, and I test that the data is accurate.

Test subgraph successfully synced, and all data was correct. Going to deploy this branch to the main subgraph explorer.

Once it successfully syncs and data all looks correct, will then merge this into master.
