Enhance the visual interface for the structure of a DAISY book. Add the ability to change the font size too. #35

Another practical feature, for the visual interface, would be the possibility
to enlarge, at least, the tree view where you select the book. If it is easier
to implement, a setting for fontsize would be great.

Yes, my support to this. I notice on my phone that when selecting "Open book",
all folders on the phone come up. Then you need a lot of navigation, and a
child's fingers to do so on the 3 inch screen.
If I select the "Search for books", only the content in the defined DAISY
folder is shown. I have 5 books there and its easy to select one.

As all books should be in the defined Daisy-folder, is it then any need for the
"Open book" command? Whatever title we keep, I feel one option is enough here,
one that takes us right into the content of the DAISY folder where all DAISY
titles should be. It might also solve the font size/navigation problem, since
selecting one book on the list is less of a tactile challenge than navigating
around the entire file structure.

I agree, the "Open Book" menu option is redundant when you have an option to
search for books which is easier and simpler to use as it displays only books.
One possible concern is that on slower devices with low class SD cards "search
for books" could potentially take a while but it works fine on my Google G2.
