Add TypeScript typings #52

I've added some initial type definitions to the library like @0xNacho did with https://github.com/susielu/d3-annotation/issues/8 so we can test it with our library (Proteic.js). I'll improve the typings in the future if I notice something's missing or any problem.

This libraries are great BTW :smile: Thank you!

Oh excellent thank you! Version 2.22.0 should have the type files.
