The feature collects user contact information, crafts personalized messages, and includes direct links to popular review platforms. By soliciting user reviews, we aim to gather valuable feedback to improve our services and enhance the overall guest experience. Overall, this feature empowers us to actively engage with our customers and continuously strive for excellence in hospitality."

Acceptance Criteria: Collect user contact info (email, phone). Customize messages with user details. Include direct review platform links.

Mail is sent to user and this feature is added to the application . Hence closing the issue
