Make the updates to the page UI to follow the Rdio API ToS #85

Use the (r) symbol, change some wording, add a promo for Rdio subscriptions, add a help section with their blurb about not being endorsed by them, add a ToS and privacy policy.

Adding promos to the Rdio subscriptions could be used with https://www.rdio.com/developers/docs/affiliate/
